For subscriptions of 6 months or more, a refund is possible within 30 days from the date of purchase. For 1-month subscriptions, a refund is possible within 7 days.
Sam Digital Solutions FZE values customer feedback and makes every effort to resolve any issues. If the product or service does not meet your expectations, you can request a refund by sending an email to [email protected] from the address used to subscribe, including a description of the problem you encountered.
Refunds are provided only for issues directly related to the software. To have your request considered, you must provide evidence, such as error messages or screenshots. If the support team is unable to resolve the issue, the client is entitled to a refund.
Cryptocurrency Refund: Payments made in cryptocurrency will be refunded in the same currency in an amount equivalent to USD at the exchange rate at the time of the refund.
