Subscription Terms

These Subscription Terms set out important information regarding your paid subscription to WhoX VPN Services. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to be bound by these Subscription Terms, our Terms of Use , and our Privacy Policy.  Capitalized terms not defined here have the same meaning as in the Terms of Use

1. Subscription period and prices

WhoX VPN Services are provided on a prepaid subscription basis. You can choose the duration of your Subscription at the time of purchase. The available plans may include monthly, semi-annual, annual, or longer-term options.

  • Introductory prices (if any) apply only for the first billing cycle.
  • After the initial period, your Subscription will automatically renew at the then-current standard price unless you cancel auto-renewal.
  • Subscription pricing is subject to change. Any changes will apply only to future billing periods, and you will be notified in advance where required.

By submitting your payment information and confirming your Subscription, you:

  • consent to automatic renewal and future charges until cancelled;
  • acknowledge and accept these Subscription Terms;
  • agree to our Terms of Use  and  Privacy Policy

2. Automatic Renewal

Your Subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle for the same duration as your original term (e.g., monthly, annually), unless you cancel auto-renewal beforehand.

You will be charged the applicable rate for the new billing period using your originally provided payment method.

If your card fails to process (e.g., expired or insufficient funds), Stripe may automatically retry the charge within a 14-day window after the scheduled renewal date.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

How to Cancel Auto-Renewal

If you subscribed using a credit or debit card through Stripe, you can cancel auto-renewal at any time via the Stripe customer portal:

  • Open the confirmation email you received after purchasing your Subscription.
  • Click the "Manage your subscription" link in that email.
  • Follow the prompts in the Stripe billing portal to cancel auto-renewal.

WhoX VPN does not offer a user account dashboard or cancellation feature.  We do not process cancellations manually.  Users are responsible for managing their own subscriptions through the Stripe portal.

After cancellation, your Subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No further charges will be applied unless you resubscribe.

If you purchased your Subscription through a third party (such as an app store), you must cancel your subscription through that platform, and the terms of cancellation will be governed by that platform’s policies.

Refund Policy

We aim to provide high-quality Services and customer satisfaction. If you're not satisfied, you may request a refund as follows:

  • Annual or longer-term plans:  You may request a refund within 30 days of the original purchase.
  • Monthly plans: Refunds may be requested within 7 days of purchase, provided there has been no significant use of the Service.

To request a refund, please contact our support team at [email protected] from the email used for your purchase.

Refunds are not available for:

  • Unused portions of a billing cycle after the cancellation of auto-renewal;
  • Renewals that were not cancelled before the billing date;
  • Purchases made through third-party platforms, such as an app store (please refer to their refund policies).
